FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Why should I hire CCG?
Very few people are well-versed in all professional arenas. When your car breaks down, most seek the aid of a professional mechanic. When you’re sick, you call a physician. Our qualified personnel are insurance claim professionals. We provide the experience and expertise to insure your recovery will be inclusive of all benefits afforded under your policy.

When should I consider hiring CCG?
Because our initial inspection and policy review is completed at no cost to you, why wait? Your immediate decision to secure our services insures we will control the initial flow of your claim. As we all know, it is far easier to direct an endeavor that is moving in the proper direction from the onset than to attempt a change in mid-stream.

Do I have to obtain bids from outside sources?
It is the job of the CCG consultants to arrange for preparation of building estimates, contents inventories, and assign unit costs and valuations to enable a final loss analysis.

What if I have accepted a settlement or my claim has been denied altogether?
Most insurance professionals agree an at least on constant, the interpretation of various policy provisions is subject to a myriad of differences of opinion. Because each claim often involves factors that, although they may be similar to a previous claim, are slightly different and result in a completely different application of the same policy provision. These nuances can be confusing even for the professional, and result in difference of opinion that can only be reconciled by persuasive approaches based on years of experience and exposure to similar circumstances.

As a result, we can review your settlement and/or denial and determine if you were indeed fully compensated and reopen the claim if we determine there was a shortcoming. Also, because of properly submitted conflicting arguments on various policy provisions, we have been able to convince a carrier that perhaps their initial interpretation of a policy provision was not fully considered and it would be in everyone’s best interests to re-evaluate a pending denial.

How are you compensated?
Our fee is paid based on a small percentage of the loss settlement. The fact that most of our business is through referrals, we are confident the recovery easily justifies the fee.
